1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and ve77 ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any game, placing a bet, or making a deposit on ve77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of ve77, including visitors who browse without registering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using ve77 immediately. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them over time.

2Eligibility

To register and use ve77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ve77 reserves the right to request verification documents and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You must be a natural person and must not register on behalf of, or in the name of, any other individual or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a ve77 employee, unless explicit written consent has been granted by ve77 management.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ve77. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally present at the device.
• Notify ve77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at [email protected].
• ve77 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ve77 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.

ve77 support staff will never request your full password under any circumstances. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ve77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment methods. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account belonging to the registered Player. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ve77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. Processing may be delayed until satisfactory documentation is provided.
• Deposits credited to your account cannot be reversed once wagering activity has commenced. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support before placing any bets.
• ve77 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees independently.

All funds held in a Player's ve77 account are for gaming purposes only. ve77 does not pay interest on any account balance, and players should not treat their ve77 balance as a savings or investment product.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ve77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms prevail.

• The welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon a qualifying deposit.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• ve77 reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively in use are not affected.
• Players under a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to claim or use any bonuses or promotions during the exclusion period.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated low-risk play — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.

6Responsible Gaming

ve77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun and starts to feel compulsive or financially harmful, ve77 provides the following tools to help players stay in control.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. An on-screen alert appears 15 minutes before the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion the account is inaccessible and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality checks: An optional on-screen reminder can be activated to display time spent and money wagered during the current session, helping players maintain awareness of their activity.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ve77. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping or pre-arranged outcomes in peer-to-peer games.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to gain a financial advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation must be returned and will not be paid out.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or identity theft.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ve77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on ve77 — including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and the overall design of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of ve77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from ve77 without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ve77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the ve77 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data that occurs despite ve77's reasonable security measures being in place.
• Any losses arising from server downtime, connectivity issues, or errors in third-party payment systems that are outside ve77's reasonable control.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ve77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, the prohibition on multiple accounts, or the prohibited activities list.
• ve77 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• A Player requests account closure voluntarily. Any remaining balance (net of non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ve77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the ve77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. 12Amendments to These Terms

ve77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ve77 will update the date shown in the updated bar at the top of this page. For significant changes, ve77 may also notify registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ve77 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using ve77 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ve77 that cannot be resolved informally through ve77 support should be referred to binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before initiating formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights where applicable under local law.
